Alex graduated from Sheridan College in 2001 with a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration. Since then she has stayed connected to the changing HR landscape by staying active within her deep network, prioritizing learning, and broadening her education. She recently obtained her Leading Remote Teams certificate from Cornell University, and continues to build her knowledge as a Kolbe certified consultant.
Founded in 2020, Swiech Consulting is the product of Alex’s desire to help companies ‘put people first’ and realize the full growth opportunities within their business. When Alex isn’t busy providing strategic HR support, she can be found enjoying time with her husband, two young boys, and their pandemic puppy Bowie.
